Customer service is incredibly important to us and we hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to return your item(s), please note:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. Drop us an email at vca.betterme@gmail.com with details of why you wish to return the item(s)
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with our address to send your returned item(s) to
The item(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged.
Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service
Once we have received your returned item(s) and have examined them, we will notify you and process your refund for the returned item(s)
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account, due to the varying processing times between payment providers.
Please also note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
